How to prepare for a session with me and what to expect ?
Get Ready for the Work
On the day of our session, plan time for rest and integration afterward. Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol, and give yourself space to process. It’s normal to feel tired or emotional, so take care of yourself.
I suggest waiting a month to share your experience, allowing the process to unfold naturally. If you’re comfortable, short feedback within 24 hours is appreciated. Based on your progress, I may recommend further sessions, but these are entirely optional.
The attached online PDF questionnaire is available for download, which includes questions about you and your family system. Please fill it out and send it back to me before our session, as it will help me prepare for our time together. For hypnosis and LBL, we will need to arrange a preliminary online talk.

For online sessions:
find a quiet place to lie down comfortably, have tissues, water, and a large pillow nearby.
